Each of these providers operates under strict, industry-standard security and compliance requirements.

3. PCI-DSS compliance

All payment transactions on glenio.com are handled in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Card numbers and CVV codes are never stored on our servers. Payment information is encrypted in transit and processed inside a PCI-compliant environment maintained by our payment processor. We follow industry best practices for keeping the checkout flow secure.

6. No storage of payment information

Glenio does not store any of the following on our own systems: credit or debit card numbers, CVV / CVC security codes, bank account numbers, or routing numbers. All sensitive payment data is handled directly by our payment providers, in accordance with PCI-DSS.

7. Payment errors and declined transactions

If a payment fails or is declined at checkout, double-check that your payment details are correct, confirm with your bank or card issuer that the transaction is not being blocked on their side, or try an alternative payment method. Glenio is not responsible for declines or holds caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

8. Currency and charges

All prices on glenio.com are displayed in the currency shown at checkout (typically U.S. dollars). If you pay with a card or account in a different currency, your bank may apply a foreign-exchange or currency-conversion fee. Any additional charges imposed by your bank or card issuer are outside our control and are not refundable by us.

9. Secure refund processing

When a refund is approved, it is processed securely back to the original payment method you used at checkout, in line with our Refund Policy. For full timing and conditions, please review that policy.

10. Customer responsibility

To keep your account and payments safe, you are responsible for protecting your account credentials (username, password, two-factor codes), making sure the payment and shipping details you provide are accurate, and reviewing your payment statements regularly. If you spot a charge from glenio.com that you don't recognize — or you believe someone has used your payment method without authorization — please contact your bank or card provider immediately, and let us know at contact@glenio.com so we can help.

Glenio reserves the right to update this Secure Payment page at any time to reflect changes in security standards, our payment providers, or our business practices. The most current version is always posted here, with a revised "Effective date" at the top.
