Welcome to Glenio. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Glenio, the company that operates the glenio.com website, online store, and the related products, content, features, and services we make available to you (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are powered by Shopify, which provides the underlying ecommerce platform.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them ("Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. They include important information — please read them carefully, especially the warranty disclaimers, the limitation of liability, and the dispute-resolution section. By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or buying from glenio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of them, please stop using the Services.

Section 1 — Access and account

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in the state, province, or country where you live, and that any minor in your household uses the Services only on devices you own and supervise.

When you place an order or create an account, we may ask for information such as your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and payment details. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information, and to update it whenever something changes. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that takes place under your account.

Section 2 — Our products

We do our best to display every product on glenio.com accurately, but the colors, materials, and dimensions you see can look different depending on your device, screen settings, and lighting. We do not guarantee that any product will look identical to the on-screen image, and small variations are normal — particularly with handcrafted or natural-material items.

Product descriptions and specifications are subject to change at any time, at our sole discretion. We may discontinue a product, restrict the quantities sold per order, or limit availability in certain regions when needed.

Section 3 — Orders

When you submit an order on glenio.com, you are making an offer to purchase. Glenio reserves the right to accept or decline that offer for any reason, and your order is not finalized until we send you a confirmation. Payment must be received and verified before an order is considered accepted.

Please review your order carefully before checking out. Once an order has been accepted and entered into our fulfillment system, we may not be able to change it or cancel it. Returns and exchanges are handled under our separate Refund Policy.

Section 4 — Prices and billing

Prices, promotions, and discounts on glenio.com can change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the moment your order is placed, which is the same price shown on your order confirmation email. Unless we say otherwise, posted prices do not include sales tax, shipping, customs duties, or import fees.

You agree to keep your billing details — including card numbers, expiration dates, and billing addresses — accurate and up to date. By providing payment information, you confirm that the card or method you are using is yours, that you are authorized to use it, and that the charges will be honored.

Section 5 — Shipping and delivery

Shipping cutoffs, methods, and delivery times are described on our Shipping Policy page. All delivery dates are estimates only — we cannot guarantee exact arrival times and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss for those items passes to you.

The Services, including the glenio.com website, our brand and trademarks, product photographs, illustrations, copy, design, and the selection and arrangement of all of the above, are owned by Glenio, our affiliates, or our licensors. These Terms grant you the right to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

Section 7 — Optional tools

From time to time we may make available certain optional third-party tools through the Services. We do not control, monitor, or endorse those tools, and we provide access to them on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any harm or loss connected to your use of optional third-party tools — your use of them is at your own risk.

We do not review, approve, or guarantee the accuracy of those third-party materials, and we are not responsible for them. If you choose to leave glenio.com to access a third-party site, you do so at your own risk.

The glenio.com store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, every sale and purchase you make is directly between you and Glenio. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us.

The Services may sometimes contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping costs, transit times, or availability. Section 16 — Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLENIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR A PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glenio and Shopify from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms.

Section 18 — Governing law

These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide you the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Section 19 — Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
